It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas.
I can’t believe it’s already that time of the year again. Time sure does fly.
Since it’s Christmas time again, I’m here to help you buy the perfect gift for someone you know that’s into fitness and bodybuilding.
One of my favorite posts that I’ve ever written on this site is 12 Christmas Gifts For The Bodybuilder In Your Life.
I wrote it last Christmas, which also happened to be the first Christmas since I started Supplement Reviews Lab.
I gave you a lot of cool gift ideas in that post that someone into health and fitness would love to find wrapped under their tree.
Since it’s only been a year since I wrote it, all those gifts are still being sold to my knowledge and still make great gifts.
I’m always trying and finding new things though, so I have a few more ideas to bring you this year.
The second annual Supplement Reviews Lab Christmas gift guide brings you 10 more Christmas gifts for the bodybuilder in your life!
I just picked up this beautiful little piece of equipment a few weeks ago.
I can’t remember where I first saw someone using this, but I think it may have been on Twitter.
I know they sold these in the 70s, but I didn’t think anyone still used them.
On top of that I didn’t think they actually worked.
After I saw a video of someone using one, I looked it up on Amazon and was shocked to find how positive the reviews were.
I ordered it that day and I have been enjoying it ever since.
After a few minutes using it the first time I was sore the next day which I didn’t expect.
It’s perfect for getting a quick workout in at home or getting a nice pump in when you can’t make the gym.
It’s also perfect for those times when you are sitting on the couch, but still want to train a bit.
This is a well-built piece of equipment that I am pleasantly surprised with and highly recommend.
I was searching far and wide for a big water jug when I saw someone using one of these at the gym by chance one day.
These are awesome water jugs.
Mammoth Mugs hold about 2.5 liters of liquid.
It’s hard to find a jug that big without spending a ton of money on something like a Yeti mug.
Mammoth Mugs also come in a lot of cool colors and designs so you can stand out if you like to be unique.
For $20.00 these mugs are a great deal.
I’m on my second one only because I broke the first by my own dumb mistake.
Drinking water is super important for bodybuilding and having a great water jug is an absolute must!
I almost included these in my post about the 5 best tasting quest bars, but I decided not to so I can put it in this one.
This is one of the top 3 best tasting quest bar flavors I’ve ever tried.
Peppermint bark is one of Quest Nutrition’s seasonal flavors that they don’t offer year-round.
It’s a limited seasonal edition that will probably be discontinued any day now so order these soon.
If you like peppermint anything, you will love these bars.
They’re a great change up compared to other protein bars and would make a nice surprise for someone.
I included a few other pieces of equipment from this company, but I left this one off for the first gift guide.
Ab wheels are very much a legitimate piece of equipment.
Some might think they are gimmicky, but they remain one of the most effective pieces of equipment for building a rock-hard pair of abs.
I’ve tried a few ab wheels over the years, and this is the best one.
It has rubber tread so it’s safe to use on hardwood floors and comes with a small pad for your knees so you can use it anywhere you want.
This is a great piece of equipment for anyone to have at home.
I recommended this before in my post on building massive forearms, but this continues to be one of my favorite pieces of equipment.
A lot of people overlook training their forearms, but it’s an important muscle to train.
On top of that, few things are more impressive than a solid pair of bulging forearms.
This handle has grips for both thick grip and normal grip wrist curls so you can get in a brutal workout.
A few sets of these always leaves my forearms with an insane pump.
This is one of the best books on calisthenics I’ve ever bought.
If you’ve been on my site for a while, you’ll know that I am a huge proponent of bodyweight exercises and calisthenics.
This book gives you a ton of exercises to do.
It’s like a bible of calisthenic movements.
All of which can be done from home with very little equipment.
I believe everyone should be doing calisthenics, particularly bodybuilders.
Even someone not into calisthenics at all will have their interest piqued with this powerful book.
This is one of the few fitness books I recommend over and over.
This is still my favorite pre-workout powder.
It’s free of artificial ingredients and proprietary blends.
Unlike most preworkouts, it only contains ingredients that actually have a purpose.
No useless fillers or harmful ingredients.
Since I wrote my review of it, they’ve added a few more flavor options.
One of the big reasons I like this preworkout is because they have a stim free (no caffeine) option for those sensitive to caffeine like myself.
Preworkouts are a helpful supplement in the gym and this one does not disappoint.
These are a delicious breakfast option for anyone, but particularly for anyone into fitness or bodybuilding.
This pancake mix comes with everything you need. You don’t need to add anything to it but water.
Within minutes, you can mix and cook the pancakes. This is the simplest pancake mix I’ve ever used.
The pancakes come out delicious.
Sometimes protein pancakes can be a little bland, but I like the taste of these a lot.
There are 16 grams of protein per serving.
There are no artificial ingredients of any kind in this mix.
You can see my review of it here for further details.
Omelets are a popular breakfast option for a lot of bodybuilders.
While you can make them with an average frying pan, it’s a little difficult to make a perfect omelet every time.
I bought this pan earlier this year and have loved it ever since.
It’s broken up into two sides with a hinge in the middle.
You put your ingredients in both sides and let your omelet cook a bit.
Instead of flipping it over, you close the pan and one side folds onto the other causing a perfect fold.
This pan makes picture perfect omelets every single time!
One of the best kitchen gadgets I’ve bought in a long time.
This is one of the first supplements I ever reviewed and still one of my favorites.
Foundation is still the best creatine supplement I’ve ever used.
It gives me great energy, strength and pumps.
I don’t know of any other supplements out there exactly like this one.
I’ve recommended Foundation to a ton of people and every single one loved it.
This is a great supplement for any bodybuilder.

The gift that keeps on giving
Most of the gifts on this list will last a very long time.
For a small price, you can give someone you love or care about a gift that will continue to give back to them over and over.
What better gift can you give someone than the gift of health and fitness?
If you are looking to impress the bodybuilder in your life or if you want to sneak a little gift in for yourself, anything on this list will do the trick.
When they ask where you got the idea for the gift, you can take all the credit!
That’s my gift to you.
P.S. Do you have any other gift suggestions for someone into bodybuilding and fitness? I’d love to hear them down below along with your questions, thoughts or comments!
