# 1- 30 Days Of Discipline– by Victor Pride. I stumbled upon this book randomly online late one night about a year and a half ago and my life has never been the same since. If you have fallen off track or were never on track with your daily habits, this book is for you. It will truly change your life if you stick with the program for 30 days.
# 2- Body Of A Spartan– by Victor Pride. This is a great program for anyone to follow that wants to gain strength and add muscle. It’s very simple to understand and can be used by beginners, veterans and everyone in between. This program is also time efficient so you won’t be spending all day in the gym with it. # 3- Shredded Ops– by John Doe Bodybuilding. This program is designed to get you shredded to the bone. This is an unusual program that can give you unusual results if you follow it correctly. John Doe Bodybuilding is one of the best bodybuilding blogs out there that always gives real, honest advice. # 4- Monk Mode– by Victor Pride. This books isn’t really related to health and fitness directly, although it could and should be applied to that. This book and program is for people who are looking to make a quantum leap in their lives. The program is intensive and designed to help you put in massive amounts of focused work on something, such as a business, in a short amount of time. Extremely powerful, but definitely not for the faint of heart.
# 5- Spartan Entrepreneur-Blog Artist– by Victor Pride. This is the book that motivated me to start a blog. This is the single best book I know of out there if you are looking to become a blogger. It tells you everything you need to know to get up and running. Victor Pride also tells you the one thing you need to do in order create blog posts that move people and get them to read your content.
# 6- Casual Style 101-The Affordable Wardrobe Guide– by Iron & Tweed. The hard truth is that most men don’t know how to dress. It seems that bodybuilders and guys that work out especially don’t know how to dress when it comes to looking nice. You can’t just wear gym shorts and t-shirts everywhere. I don’t have much interest in fashion whatsoever, but I loved this book. It helped me a ton. It’s a great guide for dressing well without breaking the bank. Every guy could use some help when it comes to learning how to dress well.
